I don't think I could run that even with a flying intro. Maybe in a race but that's tough. The fastest I've done a flying 200 was 26.5. The pacing is abysmal though: 26.4, 31.0, 30.3, and 29.7.

Hmm Keely's 400m pb is 26.1 x2 so she was close to her limiter by then. Mary has run back to back 25.2s. Sounds like Keely got duped and should have hung back a bit more.
Holy smokes, I didn’t realize that Mary Moraa was a 50 point 400m runner. 800 gonna be crazy at worlds. I like it better this way when there is no clear and obvious favorite to win an event

One thing is not unpredictable. When she is head to head against Keely Hodgkinson on lap two, only one of them has a glass jaw

I agree that Keely will most likely win but I still think that Moraa will make the race exciting hopefully.
