and Keira D'Amato is doing the half on the 1st (Saturday)
it's a very fast half so maybe going for a new PR but doubt she can beat Sisson's 1:06

The half for the females should be good with Kiera showing up. We are hoping to run fast with 68:30 being the goal. It will be interesting.
And Keira gets the American Record in the half!

How does Gold Coast Marathon count as a record course - isn't it a point to point, as in one straight flat road... If memory serves, p2p courses like boston are Record ineligible? please, enlighten?

In the time it took you to type this post, you could have looked up the course and seen that it finishes close to where it starts

Well I don't know about Peter Bol but Liam finished 4th in the 2022 Commonwealth Games. That's a good performance indicating he is in much better shape than his previous PR of 2:10. So it's not surprising that he can run a 2:08 now.
