That's not how it works. You actually have to enter a specific event in order to have your name listed on the link that the OP provided.

USATF would have to accept all the marks up to Mu's 4:16.06 or they would look ridiculous and obviously be playing favorites. You think Julia Heymach is going to be OK with getting denied and Mu getting in with a time 2 seconds slower than hers? How exactly do you see this working, they just let everyone run with times under 4:16.06 or they just bend the rules for Mu? WTF is wrong with you?
