I doubt she will compete at World Championships. The main focus of the video is to emphasize that you need 3 months of solid high kilometer training to properly prepare for a marathon.
Then she mentions that Chicago is very soon after track season ends. It all led me to believe that she's turning her focus to the roads, at least for the remainder of this season.
Kipyegon just broke the world record at 5000 and hasn't ruled out the 5000 for Budapest. That may have played a role in Hassan's thinking.
