I've read the boards for a long time and used to live in Baltimore. I believe he lived in a gated community (waterfront) before heading north. I know he moved recently, and any discussion of this has been deleted, but Letsrun's PPP loans were headquartered at a Baltimore address which likely was his. He lived in the exact neighborhood (well, one of 2) that I'd expect.

Utilities and rent were $8000 and the rest was payroll. I guess it was legal and it likely went towards payroll, but in the form of bonuses for employees
