Can someone tell me if theres a way to predict my potential off of what I got now? Ive been pretty sedentary for few years only playing basketball with friends and running to catch a train sometimes, but now for 5 months Ive been pretty consistently running 15-20mpw and I decided that I want to know my heart rate zones so I went to a lab for vo2max+LT test, got 58 for vo2 max and pretty slow lactate zones as my economy isnt all that great
is there more to come for me? Im 20yo
