But I don't know if I trust those figures listed as at least for Emirates it seems wrong... (although I imagine they adjusted it up for the current time - they should have said so).

The US hasn't had a major T&F venue construction since the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. A few little, ordinary venues build by alumni groups have appeared on colleges but that's all. Why is that?
