KT would have possibly won this.
KT would have possibly won this.
I think a big finish is coming.
Kemboi's got it
KEMBOI IS ROLLING, the chase is on!
That move out of kemboi was criminally smooth
was hoping with such a slow pace more runners would go in the end and make it a close last lap. oh well.
congrats Utah Valley on first National Championship.
1 and 2 qualify as high I think
She’s on the 5000m start list, too.
Vestri came back and beat Chmiel. Chmiel must have had a mini-blow up, she was way ahead of Vestri last I saw with about a lap and half to go.
Chmiel was first team all american again.

And Valby can run for broke now, too (if healthy).

Great interview w/ Kemboi. Seemed like what she said-but-didn't-say was "I was nervously awaiting a big move from Mercy or Emily. It never came."

Well it sounds as if the consensus is she wouldn’t have been able to win tonight. Thanks.
I think this would be KT's best event. I think she can break the ncaa record.
Really smart and strong running from Kemboi. Mazza-Downie earns respect for competing, could be good news up front for NM in xc. Chmiel slips to 8th, she has to be disappointed; perfect position with a mile to go. Only 1 team point for nc st in 10k.
Both Chmiel & Olemomoi were top 8 in the Stillwater icebox and top 8 in tonight's Austin oven. In my book, that's not nothing.
My Alma Mater finally gets an NCAA champ! Solid coaching staff there but they've had a hard time getting big time talents with all the great programs nearby.

So from where did they pick up this ringer?
