Seems unexpected. They've had success on the track with Allie Wilson and Olivia Baker, and Emma Grace Hurley has been mixing it up on the roads with top tier talent.
Is there credence to Alan Culpepper leaving Hoka NAZ?
Has Ben Thomas found a landing spot yet? I wonder if they are trying to get ahead of the college coach hiring cycle, because otherwise the timing seems very strange.
Coaching rumors in Austin have Alan Culpepper, Ben Thomas, Robert Gary, and Andrew Carlson all interviewing. Combining both positions in to one and paying a lot with a 5 year guarantee of employment.

Interesting. Would the Begley's move back to Portland to take the Portland State job? Their friend and former assistant coach at ATC, Bianca Martin, is a volunteer assistant at PSU.

Very disappointing news. The Begleys have been great and have had lots of success. Shane / Allie / Emma / Olivia recently and so many others over the years. It is also disheartening to see one of the few pro women coaches let go with no good reason. I’m sure Amy and Andrew will land on their feet but it makes it a lot harder to support the track club.
Surely there must some reason. We will have to wait to hear more.
what is a successful batting average? there have been quite a few misses outside of that group named.
Hearing that their bizarre domestic "arrangement" was a factor.
The girls have definitely been doing okay, but the guys results have been very mediocre. Alvarado has been the only one I’ve seen racing and he’s off his PBs, Streich isn’t showing the promise since that 1 indoor season right before signing, and where is Jonathan Davis after that 3:33 last summer?
we were just talking about this the other day. the women are running well but the men are struggling. Not sure what gives but will be interesting to see who takes the job.
The Gary’s are leaving after NCAAs. Both Robert and Rita will do a great job.

Andrew no longer has to play along in keeping up appearances and can effectively fully remove the c-block.

Why would gender matter? Besides, you don’t know whether it was for no good reason. there was some reason whether it was performance outcomes, salary requirements, who knows? ATC must have some objectives with the role and are willing to commit a certain amount of resources and if they didn’t have a match that would be a good reason to make a change.
