Some girls already tried that by taking it all the way to court. So wrong that it’s left up to the *kids* who just want to compete in their high school sport to stand up against this BS brought on by the adults who are supposed to be looking out for them.
A federal appeals court on Friday threw out a case brought by four cisgender high school girls in Connecticut who claimed the state's trans-inclusive sports policy violated their civil rights and deprived them of a "chance to...
Another reason why the liberals want a weak society, that eats up their agenda via the (essentially state sponsored because the top corps defer to the institutional program) mainstream media is because a weak society is an obedient one, reliant on the government. The left intends to feminize society because feminization makes society weaker. And here we see women being the victims, but typical liberal shaming tactics cancel that out under the guise of inclusivity. So a weaker society accepts the BS, accepts being loser, accepts being subservient and reliant upon the institution, is duped by whatever the media tells them, and is a predictable member of the herd, bound to the evil agenda of the institution.

It was thrown out because the plaintiffs claimed they had been deprived of athletic scholarships. However the 4 girls who brought the lawsuit lacked the standing to sue because they had offers of full ride athletic scholarships.
You can only sue for money you have lost, not money you haven't.
Liberals are usually the ones that claim they want more rights for women, and conservatives are usually the ones that like to advocate for more traditional roles for women
that’s why this whole debate is so backwards. Why are many liberals insistent on taking a position that weakens women’s sports? If we continue to allow men (by sex) to participate as women, then women’s sports will over the long run deteriorate. Allowing people to just identify as the other gender because they can’t keep up in their own division is so absurd
They would have finished 4th as a team rightfully. Not only are they unfairly racking up points, they're also stealing points in the throws from other teams' girls that get bumped down.
the scores for the top 4 as listed:
Daniel Hand: 64
Hillhouse: 61
Bethel: 59
Woodstock: 46
the scores as they would be without the male athlete counting for points:

No, none of them received scholarships. Connecticut is not Texas or California when it comes to track.
The different divisions have always been done out of fairness and to increase incentives for women to participate.
And if “trans women” are women as the super reductive and most condescending liberals like to say, why do we call them “trans women?” Obviously there are differences. Usually that difference is a penis and two balls.
the next step will be people changing their age. What if I want to get back into sports and decide to identify as a high school senior because that’s what makes me feel good? And then you’re the bigot if you disagree with my plan.

But it's not true that CT Title IX case has been "thrown out." The case challenging CT's policy of allowing/requiring males who make special gender identity claims to participate and compete in girls' school sports in the state is still very much alive.
A federal judge initially dismissed the case. In December 2022, his decision was upheld on appeal by a three-judge panel of the US Court of Appeal, Second Circuit who heard brief arguments in the case in September.
But in a highly unusual move, the Second Circuit quickly reversed that ruling. In February, the Second Circuit announced that all 13 judges on the court had weighed in and decided that the case needed to be reheard and ruled on by the full court.
Reuters report from February 13, 2023:
A federal appeals court on Monday agreed to reconsider a lawsuit challenging a Connecticut policy allowing [male] transgender students to compete in girls' high school sports.
All judges of the New York-based 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will now hear arguments in the case, which had been heard by a panel of three judges last September.
The claim that the four female plaintiffs who've sued did so on the grounds that "they had been deprived of athletic scholarships" isn't true, either.

Even as a conservative, I think people should be who they want to be..zero impact on me. Shoved in my face daily??HMMM..because it is, as a 7% of global society.(that's a bit much, but so be it) That's not hating, that's a fact. I really do not care, what I do care about because it seems like I do LOL.. is I CANNOT believe anyone believes that Men to women Trans athletes should be competing with any women in sport. For all That "good ole Equity" speech by the protectors of this absurd notion? This flies right in the face of it.

A federal appeals court will rehear a challenge to the state's policy of letting trans girls compete on female sports teams after it was upheld by a three-judge panel.

Positions change over time. What you say was the case in the past. Nowadays democrats are in favor of racism and segregation as well while republicans accept equal rights and opportunity

I’m not so sure that’s true across the board -
HOWEVER I think both major parties are for big government right now. They just want different flavors of big government. And that’s a MAJOR problem
More info on the male senior from Daniel Hand HS who won the girls' state shotput title and came in second in the girls' discus in the MM-class state championships.
I don't think they have the balls to do that. Liberalism is the virus. The trans distraction is a sufficient weapon for the twisted liberal agenda.
The problem is, whilst many will bristle and cry ‘right wing’ or ‘conservative’ at you for saying it, that’s ultimately how ‘liberalism’ is beginning to look to a significant number of left wing people, myself included.
The pendulum is going to swing back harder and farther than most of us will want it to.

Out of four plaintiffs, two of them have never competed at college.
Mitchell has competed for WIlliam & Mary.
Smith is currently competing for Texas.
I don't know if they got any scholarships, but I seriously doubt they were offered full rides.
