Wow. Wonder what her post-season plans are. In one interview, she said she was shooting for a sub 4:30 mile, and a 4:33 mile in a separate interview.

I'm trying to figure out what event this result is for. Help me out here. Too fast for a mile or 1500. Too slow for an 800. Is this the time of a mixed 4X400 team she ran on?

Completely solo effort at the State meet

Great run by Engelhardt! LA Sacramento Fresno weather must be fantastic.

Of course the Tuohy 4:33 lives on, it's an unkillable zombie. That mark is for 1 mile, this was 1600m - where the Wiley 4:26 is the target.

Sadie's only a soph, she has more chances in this post season and in future years.

What’s most impressive is she barely made the final on time, 4:50.

I guess today she was not going to leave it to a kick.

Also Boothby of Scott Valley, CCS 4:39 was very impressive.

after barely qualifying trying to pace the semifinal and then hitting traffic during her kick she clearly decided she was going to put this one on ice from the start and take no chances. cant blame her. and no Dalia Frias anymore to chase her down.
