West coverage is all about us hearing the actual meet announcer (which is good), and some kid behind the camera chatting with someone in the background, seemingly unaware that we can hear him.
heat 4 gets all 4 time quals and all the favorites advance in the west, unlike the east. Cruz Gomez and Aaron Ahl the biggest names that are already out

Man what a brutal year for Cole Sprout. Clearly not fit at nationals in XC and finishes 118th, injured and misses out on indoor nationals and clearly wasn't at his best fitness here as he finishes outside the top 12 in the 10k and misses out on nationals once again.
