most of that is donated or sponsored. try again. and the coaching salaries are XC salaries per Title IX. they aren't allowed to report that per LAW if they don't sponsor the sport. So are you saying NW is evading TITLE IX laws now too? the plot thickens

Most of the money for Wisconsin's track team comes from donors also. No difference. The NW coach took an increase in pay moving from Wiscoonsin to NW. She would have received a cut if they she only coached for 1 season instead of 3.

And in programs like MN who don't have indoor, the coach can only spend 10 hours per week with an athlete while NW doesn't have that restriction.
