Doesn't Kipchoge only get tested twice a year, once in a year with a sub-2 attempt?
I acknowledge that out-of-competition testing has happened, but it apparently doesn't apply to her.

And 46 times in the prior 4 years. Including 20 times in 2020 alone. So I think it's safe to say she's received her share of testing.

I'm guessing they realized they could use their limited testing resources more efficiently by not testing someone who while performing extremely exceptionally passed 50+ tests because either they are clean or the cheating they are doing is too sophisticated for your tests. Seems reasonable.

Because they rely on the LRC doping poll to determine who needs to be tested and how much. Since she was voted the least likely doper, she's all good!

Even last year she had zero tests in Q1 which is when she should be tested the most.

Because resources and funding are limited, their testing needs to be prioritized intellegent targeted testing.
