If this is your life goal, I’d look into a different career
It blows my mind how little money is spent on writing in Hollywood vs other areas of the production. So many of these productions have incredible acting, lighting, cinematography, locations, set design etc, only to have an absolutely dire story that can quickly be improved by a few chumps online.
And yet good writers clearly exist. I can go on kindle unlimited and find endless books with 500-1,000 4-5 star reviews.
Maybe they should get real jobs now
While there are some good writers who deserve increased pay and benefits, the vast majority are horrrrrrrrrrrible. How about we take their pay and benefits and just give them to the good ones?
