Weren't all these guys sub-13:20 in indoor?
Are they going to peak a little later in the season?

How do his college’s academics compare to NAU?

They will run one or either 5 or 10k during conference championships and then regionals. Not sure if Wolfe will run the 10k but Blanks is sitting at #6 and #1 for the East 10k and 5k.

A few may fly out to California for oxy or on running meets and take a stab at a pr. Some guys just end up running a bit faster indoors though, banked tracks or whatever.

It's funny - someone started a thread in here last week saying that Blanks was out for the season with an injury before a mod removed it...

As for conference racing... Harvard will be in a tight race with Princeton for the team title. I'm curious if his coach will allow him to do both the 5k/10k to help improve their team title chances. The meet times probably won't be fast.

all the sub 1320 indoor times are from BU (fastest track) and right after xc season when they are pretty maxed out on aerobic fitness

Aren't they supposed to try to peak for outdoors so they can attempt qualification for worlds?

I think Blanks and Wolfe both already have qualifying times in the 5k for Eugene this summer

Are you kidding. Harvard hasn’t won the Heps in almost 40 years. Blanks will run both and anything else to secure a win.

Harvard is very much an up and coming educational establishment

as i did not atend there as I went to price ton as dad send me to price ton, it's academics and it's rankings has fallen recently as they are losing many spots int he rankings as they are lower
