“With their shorts around their ankles, the runner and spectator appear to get into an awkward standoff. The two stare each other down for about 20 seconds while the runner continues to squat.”
A Boston Marathon runner was caught on camera Monday in a seemingly dire situation, dropping their shorts on someone’s front lawn in order to relieve themselves during the 26.2 mile-long race…
“With their shorts around their ankles, the runner and spectator appear to get into an awkward standoff. The two stare each other down for about 20 seconds while the runner continues to squat.”
Is it not clear if the runner is a he or she?? The use of "their" in this sentence had me wondering why both the runner and the spectator had their pants off. And I'm a visual thinker that just can't unsee that.

There are serious legal issues with this. If he exposed himself, as he did while he was defecating, he could have to register as a sex offender. It is not uncommon for the DA to charge someone with indecent exposure in a case like this, and he would have to register as a sex offender. Boston Marathon or not! As we get older we need to think that stuff we did as young teenagers won't fly as adults. I am really surprised no one has said this. This guy's picture is all over the media. His lawyer may fight it, as for as the sex offender change, and that wasn't the intention, but people have had been convicted in similar situations. At the very least he could be looking at a some less serious charges, but he definitely is looking at some time.

Or the bib was for a runner in the elite non-binary division?
I think we need to compare the Ring photos with security footage from Sedona HS. Maybe DNA match the evidence. The FBI will get involved if it can be shown that this person transported a turd across state lines.

Not even close to correct.
Are you saying it's perfectly legal to drop you shorts and defecate on someone's property, and everyone should laugh it off as part of the race? I hope you are not serious. He could face a number of charges, and some are serious. Now a good lawyer could fight his intentions, but it's not a given.

Yes! Not a big deal. Dogs do it all the time. Poop can be cleaned up and is biodegradable...I think.

This is true. Poop is one of the least toxic things you can leave on a lawn. Fully biodegradable. Great nutrients for the grass. Quite frankly, it's a gift.
It looks like a woman, to me. As they walk away, look at the hair. Do you see a pony tail? And on the side view, a more female appearing chest. But you can't see the bib number, fortunately for them.
Give us your address so we can crap on your lawn 😂.. l know your joking 😅. Yeah a dogs bite people and pee on the ground. Yeah now we are just like animals.lol.
