Justine Preisano and Bethany Michalak committed to NC state
Drew Griffith (PA) to Notre Dame. 8th at Footlocker, 4:48 2-mile at NBNI, and 4:07 full mile. Great pick up for the Irish.
8:48*
I think they just lost Steury tho (:
Mia Prok to Wake Forest was in the 2023 thread
Simeon Birnbaum to Oregon I believe
Tennessee already has gotten Jake liebert and Ethan Edgeworth
Stella Kermes (2:12/4:47/10:36 and current member of the fastest 4x8 team in HS history) has just declared for UVA. So thats three of the big four Cuthbertson girls accounted for. Still waiting on Charlotte Bell I believe.
Saratoga Springs standout Emily Bush (4:49/10:21) has committed to Providence.
and just like that Charlotte Bell (2:08/4:45/10:35) breaks the ACC streak for Cuthbertson and commits to Georgetown. So thats Wake/NC State/UVA/Georgetown for the fastest indoor 4X8 team in HS history and one of the fastest DMR teams in HS history. But we still get one more year out of three of them.
A bit early for commitments init?
GTown makes sense, she was usually the best 800/1600 of the 4 cuthbertson girls and GTown has a very strong history with mid distance athletes.

just verbal, can't sign until the fall. If you're sure where you want to go and especially if you're being offered money then it makes sense to verbally lock up your spot with the coach so they dont go and give that money to someone else
Two time Texas state 800 champion Kailey Littlefield (55.6/2:06/4:50) of Lucas Lovejoy has declared for Oklahoma State.
Ava Wyant (2:13/4:53) of the The Master's Academy in Oviedo will be staying in state and running (and possibly high jumping) for the Florida Gators.
Corey Campbell 4:05 mile/8:09 3k to Wake Forest.
Notre Dame picked up the verbal commitment of Mary Bonner (“MB”) Dalton from Myers Park High School in North Carolina.
Dalton finished 12th at Champs/Footlocker (#3 junior). She is a three-time 3200 state champ with indoor track PRs of 4:50.29 (full mile) and 10:21.54 (2-mile).
Seth Norder ➡️ Mich State
Marcus Reilly ➡️ Michigan
Reigning California state XC Champion Payton Godsey (2:11/4:42/9:57) is headed to NAU.
