I don't know if he gets into training though - he likes challenges and seems to lift more these days.

To be fair though, I haven't watched his videos in a year or so. But I saw some where he ran in Crocs, carried his wife (saw the thumbnail) ate hamburgers, and biked far. Also seems to pay people for fitness feats in public.

I don't think he's going to delve into the proper way to pace a triple threshold or how to keep your form at the end of a thon.

Cass Elliot has a great channel, started this year. almost all of it is showing & talking about races and training. Great for seeing what it's like to be a national-caliber collegian competing in the NCAA.
