Starting to get paranoid about sub 3hr attempt in a couple of weeks. Missed out in Berlin with 3:02:37, i did have a bit of illness the weeks before and was averaging 40mpw. Also i did stop to help someone up just before the Bradenburg Gate (admittedly i knew the sub 3 was gone at this point).
Have done 50 mpw average so far with 14 weeks of training. I am worried if i have done enough long runs?

Havent raced much but done Half Marathon 1hr22min24 (not a PB), 5K 18:20 (also not a PB). Think i am just paranoid and i am going to be ok, but worried as my Half and 5K PBs, all came in Berlin build up and i was short then.
