Yeah except for last year when two guys ran 26:33 and 26:34, and the rest of them all ran low 27s. Not to mention the other crazy times Fisher was running.
Do people on this board even follow the sport at all?
I also believe it likely had to do with Pooper Teare joining BTC.
I’m fairly certain one of the reasons Centrowitz left NOP before it was dismantled was because he lobbied against NOP signing Clayton Murphy and they did anyway, forcing him to leave in protest.
Taking into account age and injuries, who are you referring to specifically?
Basically all so-called BTC babes. More injuries? That happens when you have to cut back on burritos.
Interestingly some BTC men are still going strong. Curious. Were they not on the burrito diet, or were the burritos less important for them?
Exactly. Responded sooner than I could. Sure they had a few guys run well recently. Less than before. And almost all their babes have regressed. You can’t say taking into account injuries. Maybe they are injured because they don’t have whatever they were taking before.

Your bias is blinding your judgement. Injuries happen to everyone- both clean as well as dirty athletes. Your opinion is already set, and anything that is said or happens will only further your personal narrative. That’s it. It’s as simple as that. The crazy thing is, you’ve never met any of these people, let alone spent time with them. You know only what you’ve read, and likely only what you’ve read here on letsrun. Like you, many poorly educated opinions are stated as fact here, which only serves to propagate bad information. I mean, think about it: you’re really accusing someone of having an Achilles injury or ankle surgery as being evidence of using drugs?
Frerichs- injured ankle from Pre last year, recent surgery on it
Fraser- coming off of Achilles surgery, training on her own in SF. Can’t see her staying on team much longer
Schweizer- injured at world champs. Surgery again. Long comeback ahead
Seccafien- meniscus tear. Looooong road back to fitness.

This sounds like the injury report for a football team and not running. What the hell are Jerry and Shalane doing to these women?
