Quite a few runners have posted PRs. McCabe, Roe, Markezich all ran 3k PRs this season so that is not accurate. Venters and Mazza Downie had big 5k PRs.

What other top runner from 2 years ago has made huge improvements besides tuohy?

It's harder to predict what meet she could go to with that setup (that also doesn't conflict with conference or championships) than the times. Nothing on NC state schedule would have pro pacers for sub 15.

She’s gonna do what she’s been doing. This outdoor season means she’ll run the 1500 & 5000. I think some of the relay meets that NC State is participating in have the DMR or 4 X mile. She’ll do those. No 800 or 10k.

sub-2.00, sub-4.00, sub-14.40. Will make final at Worlds in 1500m, then turn Pro. Adidas will triple what Hunter gets (should be getting $1Million/yr). Then in 2024, will get OG medal in 5000m (sub-14.20) with a sub-3.55 1500m. Upgraded to Gold when all the Ethio's are busted for doping (know that is bound to happen eventually). In fact she will be the only finalist NOT doping (correct Astro?).

Not going to list them all out but you get the idea. I also think a 3 second PR counts for something in an event like the 3k, or the mile.
