Not much happening last week. Had a mild calf strain pop up on Tuesday so I just chilled until Sunday. Back into the swing of things this week and feeling fine so far, though.
GNR1 - Hope the back settles down quickly.
RS - Solid week of volume. Shaping up well for Boston
Sub 6:00 - Really nice set of workouts. I would imagine sub 72 is a reasonable goal.
DW - Solid half, good work.
NaR - Solid week. That's a nice weekend back-to-back.
AFF - Nice race
TL - Decent workouts, good to be getting faster each rep. Tapers are a very individual thing. Just do whatever finds the balance of dropping volume and intensity enough to feel fresh but not so much that you're stale.
WoL - Solid week, 3x5k is a good one.
B&M - Solid racing, roads are a little bit of a different animal.
