So if we compute it like a dumb track fan like me, if Monson can run 30:03 10k then Tuohy is possibly in 30:40s - 30:50s form right now.
The NCAA record is 31:18 for the 10k. No collegiate runner has gone sub 31 in the 10k. Tuohy could be the first, just like the sub 4:25 mile.
