That’s disappointing to hear. Hope she’s OK and back OK for outdoor. I was looking forward to the Tuohy, Valby, McCabe, & Olemomoi matchup.

The cut-off for medical scratches is Monday at 2:00 pm. After that alternates will not be added.

Unfortunate. I hope it is not a recurring foot issue, and can get fixed. Donavan Brazier is possibly out of the sport, with his.
Alan Webb used to plunge his feet in ice water after workouts.
Wishing you the best, Parker. 🙏
Correct, per the prechampionsip manual - so a replacement will be sought if she has now beenmedical scratched.
Medical Scratch. After being notified of a medical scratch, every appropriate effort will be made by the committee to maintain the desired number of participants in an event (16) through direct contact with head coaches of eligible replacements. No additional participants will be added to the field for the championships competition after 2 p.m. Eastern time on Tuesday, March 7. A medical scratch is all-inclusive and not selective by event.
Well, that explains what happened at SEC’s. Now we know.
I hope whoever is on the bubble gets a chance to run.
Next on the 3000 list would be Lexy Halladay-Lowry of BYU who did declare of 3000
I am sad I wanted to see her and Tuohy send the field home devastated
Does this mean her indoor season doesn't count for eligibility purposes or does it still count?
It counts only NC State and BYU get 8 years of eligibility.

She competed for FL so it counts

I wonder why the coaches declared her for a double at SECs, backed out a few days later, declared her for NCAAs, backed out a day later. Maybe that means it is not something quite as bad as a fracture?
It is unfortunate that she won't be in the 3k, I was really looking forward to the showdown. Hopefully she will rest up and be ready for outdoors.

Did you forget about McCabe & Olemomoi?

Or worried that it could develop into a fracture.
Regardless, it’s better for her to rest & heal and not to push it. It wouldn’t be worth potentially sacrificing outdoor for indoor.
