Emma Wilson did the quadruple for Huntington, mile, 3000m, 4x800, dmr. How are things going for her now?

That said, her level of competition is not that great so she can do well with not a full effort.

I mean I could have won 5 national titles in the NAIA when I was in college too... NAIA is less competitive than the CA state meet.

IMO, the only way anyone could pull this off is if they are so far ahead of the competition that they can run the consecutive events at high-level training paces, and coast some events (prelims) where they can get away with it. A problem might arise if they have to dig deep in any of them, and maybe that DMR final will be the test.

This is about what I remember of NAIA teams lol. I ran on a D3 team in a large city that also had a couple of NAIA schools who went to mist of the same meets we did. Our coach would put us in one event per meet, maybe two occasionally. The NAIA teams would put their distance guys in the 5 and 10 every weekend; mid-D guys would be 1500, 800, 4x400 every meet. Anyone with a bit of talent would triple or quadruple if there were team points at stake.

Tuohy is not capable of doing this. Wiley is.

This is single-handedly the dumbest thing I have ever seen someone attempt. That said, despite NAIA not being that good, her winning 4 titles the span of three hours and then coming back 90 minutes later to lead her team to a DMR title would be legendary.
