My weekly mileage averages about 35mpw. My long runs are from 10-12 miles. I do 2 workouts per week. The first one is 3xmile (6:00-5:50) with a 1/4 mile recovery (around 2:30 mins). The second one is usually 3x2 mile built into the long run. I do the 2 miles at 6:50 pace and have a recovery mile at 8:30. My Garmin predicts a 1:28. VDOT predicts at 1:29.
