What, you mean it's not normal to win 72/74 races?

2nd in the word standings and undefeated this season with 3 ARs. How will he sleep tonight?
Didn't Nuguse just get the meet record for the 1500m?
Great cardboard trophy. To get a meet record in a meet no one significant runs. Lol
Hard to please everyone.
If he keeps running crazy times and winning everything he’ll be accused of doping, but the second he runs an average race he’s officially done.
People are allowed to have off days, right?
Didn't read in these forums that Nuguse was in shape 3:29 the week he run 7:28 in the 3000m? And more recently we were talking here about WR...
For people having the "sense of decency", there are very few here ... a long thread of doping accusation made two years ago marked the reputation of your friends in this site.
Searching for your point here…If it’s that one can be in a certain shape and not hit certain marks due to pacing/race dynamics, fair enough,
Have to admit I'm pretty devastated to see such a slow time. 3:33 will hardly qualify for NCAAs this outdoor season. It is practically race walking.
Unfortunately Yared just hasn't shown much at all over this indoor season. He's a has-been already. This is all so upsetting to me, a lifelong dedicated fan.
The 3rd and 4th place finishers at last years Worlds weren't enough for you?
Oh, I didn't realize that Yared was just running this one for the lulz. The deceptive OP neglected to mention that Yared ran 3:33.69.
Nice.
Dumbest thing I’ve ever seen on LR.
Cuz it was a joke
Wtf. He beat the world bronze medalist who has run 3:28 and 7:24 last week on his home ground
He won the race you moron, go find a bridge.
I’m surprised he won that race, not very well paced at all. Maybe 26 second first 200.
Nuguse is clearly in superior form. But he needs to work on better awareness and tactics if he wants to continue winning high level races and eventually take out Jakob.
To me Nuguse got lucky he had an open spot to shoot by Katir at the end. In the bigger races, there will be bodies there. Can’t just let open space be open like that. He was also lucky his fitness saved his butt after he went with Sowinski in a blazing hot opening 400.
Overall I think this is a great step forward for Nuguse. But the World final will not be a time trial at the armory where your teammates are helping you along. Jakob will be out for blood and will show no mercy!
He looked really good with the late turn of foot. It reminded me of Houlihan during her breakout season.
That means nothing except it was the image that came to mind. You seldom see Americans who can accelerate late and pull away from top company.
No matter what Nuguse does I hope it means we don't have to hear about the other American who enjoys remaining a full turn behind.
He just walked down the guy that recently ran 7:24. I’d say he’s probably doing ok.
You will spend your enter life with El G. tourment.
Bring a "white" Brit runner that run 3:27h (1500m) and 7:24 (3000m) and we will speak.
Also dont talk about these runners that do a WR for some weeks and disappear in the nature like D. Morcroft.
So being in X shape means being able to run X time in conditions that can never actually exist, got it.
