Tuohy looked like she was just having a workout there. Is JDL their indoor track? Do they train there? It looked like they were just having a tempo run in that 5k.

Wiley and Matoug ran 4:32 and were awarded 4:29 conversions, officially on TFRRS. Tuohy ran 4:27(not converted) leg which is faster than any mile time except hers.

Tuohy is just on another level this season. She looks to be in 4:22 shape. Which is crazy.

They need a better 1200m leg, 3:26 is awful, UW ran 3:16.

I wonder what would happen if they swapped Bush and Shaw? Shaw lost a lot of time so maybe they net gain with her on shorter leg?

She almost looked bored running 2:14 for first 800

Everyone was struggling and she was just passing them on a straight face. Tuohy should get the baton a lap behind so it would at least challenge her.

It was NOT "casual." She ran 4:27.6 and her best mile of the year is only 4:24.26 when paced by professionals. I don't think some of you Tuohy trolls have ever set foot on a track.

KT ran smart. She made up the gap and then drafted off the two runners ahead of her for a few laps. It seems it is hard to pass around the turns due to its being a flat track.

She's so consistent. I wonder what this converts to 5000m.

It was pretty casual.

Then she comes back a short-time later and runs a casual 16:05 5,000 (non-official finish, DNF), in her trainers, smiling and laughing the whole time in a fartlek with Bush & Shaw.

It was pretty impressive to see her run tonight, surprising figuring she’d be taking a break, but an impressive workout nonetheless.

SIDENOTE: The coverage was HORRIBLE! It kept glitching out, etc. (Or was I the only one experiencing that?).
