Marcus and Magness didn’t make it as pro or college coaches and currently don’t coach at that level. That should answer your question.

Marcus should have focused more on leg speed velocity.

Marcus is blinding himself with stupidity.

The photo of yared's stride is clearly from late in the race, a time when producing speed is more important that efficiency. So why is Marcus talking about efficiency? That's like saying Bekele's form is more efficient when he runs 30 then when he runs 24 for 200. Of course it is, but that's not the point.

Marcus also talks about how Yared is producing force rather than "transporting" it. No s*** he's producing force, it's called accelerating.

I do think Dathan has his team on all the grey area stuff that Alberto used but nobody on OAC is full on doping.
