Hi, I'm trying to figure out some type of exact plan for base training. I'm 14 and in 8th grade for some background, and I make my own workouts (with the help of yours) because I don't have a coach. Mile: 4:47 1500: 4:35.800:2:04 5k:17:21. I got all these records last year except the 800 and 5k, which I made this year. I'm trying to get sub 2 for the 800and sub 4:40 and maybe sub 4:30 by the end of the season without burning out before my races. I have important races on may 24 and mid june. I already have the workouts I'm going to do in my build phase to give you an idea:
Monday: 8x400 with 2 min rest, or 4x800 with rest until needed or, 3x1k+2x500+2x400+2x300 with rest until needed
Tuesday: 7 miles recovery/base, 7:15-7:30 per mile
Wednesday: 3.5-5 mile threshold/tempo 6:15-6:40 per mile
Thursday: 7 miles recovery/base, 7:15-7:30 per mile
Friday: Fartlek 3.5 miles
Saturday: Tempo 3.5-5 miles 6:15-6:40 per mile
Sunday: Backcountry ski (my family insists on doing these literally every weekend)

Any ideas on what I should do for my base plan until Mid March, when I will do this build phase plan?
