Great race by Heather at NB. 4:23:42 to fend off Stafford. Looks like we have a top US miler so far for the US this year.

and next week we all know who is winning the mile at Millrose. Muir! Incredible today.
It's February 4th, dude.
Dude. I believe it said “so far”. Pay attention
Love how MacLean races. She's got grit, heart, and speed. So happy to watch her hang on and take the win.
Good race for Emily Mackay back in 4th place, 4:26.0 for a significant PR. She could definitely be a contender this year on the trajectory she’s on.

Well apparently that’s as good as the US gets in indoors in February
Smokin pole. If you you know what I mean. Alright alright alright!

Smoking is not good for anyone, especially runners!
That was a great race, but it shows how much we are missing from peak Purrier, who ran 4:16.85 indoors.
She is like 6 feet tall.
