injured (girl) right now, but qualified for new balance indoor nationals and really want to run. not sure how my recovery will go, may or may not be able to race the 2 mile at nbni in boston march 10th. obviously i hope i can.
anyway, i have an elliptical at my house, so i was wondering what a good elliptical week of training would be to stay in the BEST SHAPE POSSIBLE for a 2 miler?
i’ve used it in the past when i’ve been injured and ive been a bit out of shape when i come back, but not very badly at all. it really helps. i would do like 50 minutes a day average with some random workouts i made up.
is that amount of time good? or how many hours per week if i do 35ish mpw? how many workouts a week/what workouts to keep me in great shape? thanks!
