7:28 indoors is ridiculous, especially for a 1500 guy. He could probably pop a sub 13 as well

Hoare, Romo, and Nuguse should all be sub-3:30 this year.
*3:27
13:40 in the 5000m and 7:38 in the 3000m
He still need to swim 7 seas to reach the level of Aouita.

Your times need an update. The 20 threads on the front page should've given it away.

I looked Jarod times in the official Worlds Athletics page.
Are you informed better than them?

Yared, guy. Yared.
And yes, I am. Look at the 20 pages on the first thread. He just ran 7:28.24.

Didn't officially do it, but splitting 3:29 flat en route to a 3:43 mile is even better. Nice prediction.

So glad you finally decided to open your eyes to how good Nuguse is, took long enough...

He is still a zeroyed medalist runner.
Stay on your sleep arrogant Americans.
Isn't this board that posted a long thread "The Most Obvious Doper of All Times" with hundred of posts and still people continue to not open their eyes about the obvious facts about Katir?
I can side with with Nuguse just by the fact he is a first or second East African immigrant. If I see him siding "uncle Same" projects, he can count on my farewell support.
And what will Centro run?

Nuguse's Mile Time converts to a 3:27.3 according to Milesplit conversion Calculator.

And none of the Ethiopians who ran 12:40s in the 5k this year medaled at Budapest. Doesn't mean they aren't phenomenal runners... give him some time. That was his first pro year, needs more experience.

And is there anyone else in the world that could've run that time in the same position? Does anyone think Kerr would've been there at the end?
Noah Ngeny got full drafting off of El Guerrouj in that 3:43 race as well. Does that make him a scrub or something?
