Nowhere near as badly as LGBTQ+ people in general, and trans in particular, get harassed every day. These kids are committing suicide. If allowing them to live their life as their xhised gender, and that includes sports, saves even 1 it is worth it. Inclusivity trump's fairness.
The suicide statistics are flawed because many trans-identified people have one or more comorbid mental health disorders. When compared to others who have similar mental health disorders, suicide rates are similar.
Exactly this. I think very few of the people diagnosed (by the extremely flawed diagnostic criteria) actually have true, organic gender dysphoria. I think most are just depressed, anxious people with bodily dysmorphia (especially the female-to-male ones), whose delusions are affirmed by doctors that are obligated by their law or company policies. These policies come into place because people are threatened by extreme transgender activists to enact "gender-affirming care" policies that don't allow doctors to disuade a patient

Sounds like doctors must be rather stupid chowderheads to be using “extremely flawed diagnostic criteria”, and you know better, but the only challenge is to get people dealing with gender dysphoria to pay attention to you.

Yes, doctors are capable of error. Really controversial take I'm giving.
Doctors are being trained to give a self-report survey/evaluation - which people trying to get gender reassignment surgery already know the correct answers to in order to meet criteria - and if the patient meets criteria, they are often times obligated to agree with the patient and give them treatment. There are no standard hormonal tests or brain scans conducted. Does this sound like a scientific way of diagnosing ANY condition that you've heard of? Is it ethical to conduct risky and irreversible "treatments" based on self-report? The people who lost their sexual organs and are on lifelong hormonal therapy, only to come to realize they weren't actually transgender probably don't.
Just spitballing here for snooker: any advantage would be negated by occasionally bumping your balls against the table that would make the ballsiest spit out their balls.
For darts, if you think a penis contributes to improved aim, just take a look at any public urinal.
Well played, tickle!
Pretty sure that elite snooker players say power is an advantage for guys. The ability to break harder is a plus.
I wouldn't be surprised to learn that something similar applies in darts where a slightly faster speed makes it more stable.
Friendly reminder, this is an emotional topic for most. Please be respectful. Disagreeing strongly about the role of trans athletes in sport is fine but forgetting the humanity of trans athletes is not.
