My plan is to run fast until I can’t, then switch to cycling.
Then when I can no longer cycle, I will swim.
Then when I can no longer swim, I will golf.
When I can no longer golf…
I ran club xc, not the USA one. Clubs are usually a lot of fun and my team won.

To the OP; I’ve been coming to this site probably over 15+ years and have to say, I’ve gain alot of knowledge and support (believe or not) from this site. Granted you have to have a back bone to tolerate the non-sense and the boy’s locker mentality and yet had good advice over the years, however I think as a true running community, we will continue to support one another via future crypto blockchain, metaverse, and AI..😘
