I learned she goes out about 4 times a week at night with friends to bars, lounges,… to have a few glasses of wine or shots, but not until she is drunk. She usually comes back home around 12am.
I am personally used to people going out with friends at night mostly only during the weekends (friday/saturday). So to me this seems like it is a lot. What do you think ?
Find someone else but keep her around for when she’s drunk and texts you at 1 am. Those girls are fun but not long term material. If she’s not hot get rid of her now. If she’s hot, keep her until you get a replacement that’s not a head case,

She’s still looking for someone more fun than you.
She is looking for fun. She doesn’t know what that means, no woman does. She chases an abstract lifestyle that many before her have claimed to seek without any real goal in mind. This chase has no clear result in the end. Know that if you shackle yourself to a woman like this she will not look for fun forever, eventually she will become bitter and stale and boring.

Pretty close to 0% chance she is marriage material. If you want to have fun with her for awhile, fine, but I would strongly suggest you put her in a box in your head labeled "casual fun, NOT long term." Also, for the love of god, always wear a condom unless you know for sure she has a IUD. These sorts of girls often miss taking their BC pills. You do not want to chain yourself to a woman like this for the next 18 years.

huge red flag, BUT
you said you just started dating? how long. if you've only been seeing her a couple weeks, there is some sort of chance she can come out of this, as you are not remotely committed yet.
If you are in a committed relationship and this is going on, well, you may be committed, but she is not.
