According to the IAAF Points Table a 4:00 Mile equals a 2:15:00 marathon.
Besides just trying to cross reference every sub 4:00 miler to see if they've run under a 2:15:00 marathon are there other lists that any of you Track Stat Superstars know of?

There are probably quite a few more that have run the equivalent 1500 of a 4:00 mile. For example, Bekeke has a PR of 3:32 but has never run sub-4.

Sometimes you have to ignore I.A.A.F. Maybe the men & women are all nice people at I.A.A.F. but don't trust their math.
Intuitively, does a 4 minute mile seem equal to a 2:15 Marathon? Of course not.
Let's do the math:
4 minute is 240 seconds. Men one mile w.r. is 3:43.13 or 223.13 seconds.
4 minutes is 1.075606149 or 7.5606149% slower than one mile w.r.
If a male were to race Marathon 7.5606149% slower than 2:01:09 Marathon w.r., 2:10:xx. No woman in history or today has raced 4 minute mile. Some women have raced 2:15 or faster Marathon.
Look at some guys from the 1970's. Rod Dixon was a sub-4 miler and a sub-2:10 Marathoner. Garry Bjorklund was a bit slower than 4 minutes and a bit slower than 2:10. I don't know Frank Shorter 's mile but I'm guessing he was about a 4:05 miler and a bit slower than 2:10. I'm sure many elite Marathoners are capable of both sub-4 and sub-2:10.
Two-time Olympic Marathon champion Eliud Kipchoge best / lowest Mile-marathon time; five Americans: Martin Hehir, Galen Rupp, Alan Culpepper, Ken Martin & Greg Meyer members of rare club; Meyer the first member By Bring Back...
800+ GOAT Augustine Choge will run a sub 2:15 eventually, considering he has ran two sub 60 halfs. His current PB was ran at joke course NY.
Not only has he ran sub 4, he has ran sub 3:30, sub 1:45, sub 12:55, and has ran sub 7:30 four times.
If one of those Aouita fans tries to dispute this, they have to explain why he never ran sub 12:55, ran sub 7:30 only once, and never ran sub 60. Obviously Choge is the 🐐
I consider all sub-2:42.2 1500m guys sub-4 milers. One mile is becoming more and more out dated. You're going have to settle for sub-3:42.2 1500m. Four minute mile doesn't convert to 2:10 Marathon anyway, 4 minute mile converts to a 2:10:18+ Marathon. Now you can add Conner Mantz.

I know this is not your original question, but a 2:15 is not in the same stratosphere as a 4:00 mile.

4:00 is like 2:09.
The world record for the mile was 3:51.1 by Ryan around the same time Derek Clayton ran his dubious 2:08:33 and more legit 2:09.

I have met a guy who told me his PR were 2:13 in the marathon and 1:45 in the 800m, even more impressive. His name is Jeff Lastennet.
