Hi, I have been doing an average of 70 miles a week with a weekl 15 mile long run, I am running a half marathon this weekend and hoping for sub 1:09:30. is this in reach?

10 miles (did this 3 times in last few weeks) 56:49, 54:28, 55:00
2 x 5 miles with Rest of 1mile between in 7:30 ( 27:30/26:30)
