Hi, I have been doing an average of 70 miles a week with a weekl 15 mile long run, I am running a half marathon this weekend and hoping for sub 1:09:30. is this in reach?

2 x 3 miles in average of 15:39
10 miles (did this 3 times in last few weeks) 56:49, 54:28, 55:00
2 x 5 miles with Rest of 1mile between in 7:30 ( 27:30/26:30)

Agree -- 70:00-70:30. The 2x3 miles is probably a touch faster than half marathon pace. The 2 x 5 miles & 10 mile tempos are probably a touch slower. If the 10 mile tempos felt really in control then maybe there's a chance at 69-mid. If it felt like you were pushing just a little too hard I'd open closer to 5:25 pace through 5k & then try to run as many miles at 5:20 as you can.
Would feel more confident with just a little more volume & a couple of 18-20 mile long runs. You're fit tho. If the weather is gonna be good there's not reason not to get after it.

I have done some other workouts as well, I feel like I am in 2:25-26 marathon shape. pb of 2:22. and 1:08 half.
Since you've run those times before you should have a good idea and I'd say you're in the ballpark. I've run 2:25 and high 69 and those would have been doable but difficult efforts. The 2 x 5 mile is probably the strongest indicator that you can do it as 5 miles at HM after 5 miles at MP is pretty damn tough.
I performed this workout this afternoon did 4 x 1mile with rest of 2min @ 5:00, 4:58, 5:00, 5:00.
