I don't have the exact list of states that declared porn to be a public health crisis but at least 16 states have passed legislation declaring it as such, including Utah:

Imagine what our country could do if politicians put their time and money into stuff that is legitimate. How on earth do grown adults walk away from a government meeting about this like “heck yeah, that was a productive decision, we are going to make a big difference with this”? I don't believe porn for minors is protected speech. Just imo. 1st amendment lawyers can offer a counterargument if they disagree.

Oh, they will be challenging it. Louisiana just put a significant limitation on First Amendment rights -- you have to disclose your identity to the government to view protected speech. Maybe when the government starts requiring your identity to view 4chan and Zero Hedge, you'll appreciate the infringement on your Constitutional rights better.
