Looks like Indiana’s head coach is retiring and the assoc head is moving into the director slot. He’s a sprints hurdles coach so he has to hire another. I assume he’ll hire a woman since Indiana has zero women on staff? Is that even possible?
This is happening guys. Expect some changes after NCAAs.
Louisville? It’s at sea level though!

Ed Beathea is the new Director and he hired Eric Heins from Louisville
We have a newly created Graduate Assistant position at Loyola University New Orleans. Looking for a candidate from any background (sprints/hurdles, jumps, distance or throws). Compensation is full tuition/fees, on-campus single dorm/apartment and meals (100 meals per semester, faculty/staff meal plan). The housing/meals is worth about $15k per academic year but I know its not ideal for everyone to want to live back on-campus. Please reach out to me with any questions, etc. .

I'll say it again... would be a surprise. Joe has a pretty good set up at UNM. Not saying it won't happen but someone did come on here a while back and claim Burrell was going to UNLV.... always lots of rumors on here... some come true some not so much.

Maybe Franklin wants to get back close to home? Who knows? Louisville most likely pays better than New Mexico.
Joe's hometown is only a few hours away from L'Ville. It's clear that UNM doesn't pay him enough for what he has accomplished. I could see this happening. Joe is smart, could be using this as leverage to get more $$$ from UNM. New indoor track, Power 5 program, history with international athletes.... L'Ville makes sense.
Not close to the Louisville situation, or Franklin, but didn't UNM gut the men's program scholarships a few years back? I'm surprised he didn't move on sooner.
