Yeah, I think Puma wouldn't be a surprise. I can't see Lulu ever being much of a presence in that world. A few other possibilities... Xtep, BrandBlack. Or maybe Athleta launching a shoe?

Few months back I heard on Free Trail podcast, Brooks has been building whole new trail division with not just shoes but trail packs, clothing etc. Maybe Brooks then?

I imagine Camille will go somewhere that has a quality carbon shoe for her track and road ultra efforts - Hoka is great but their carbon offerings are less than stellar.
Puma was the first thing that came to mind for me given they've been snapping up athletes lately - maybe she'll help them develop a trail shoe.

No clue about the behind the scenes, but I would hope this is of her volition. She's a great ambassador for HOKA between her incessant social media-ing and her plethora of great results. I know the money is tiny in ultra's, especially compared to just about any other sport, but how much money could it cost to have a positive representative like her.

I imagine she got a much better deal elsewhere. I can't imagine HOKA would cut her, but they probably couldn't match the salary of the other brand.

what's interesting is that several trail/ultra athletes - including tim tollefson and dani moreno - announced today that they are moving on from hoka.
i mean it's that time of the year where contract renewals are up, but it's somewhat surprising that hoka decided not to renew all three. interested to see if there are any more, and where they move on to.
