If you're loaded & have a decent looking face - plus you've got the height factor (women love 6 footers!) - then you should be able to land twentysomething women.

I'm over 40, financially secure & have a nice physique but I'm a shorty (5-6) & not very good looking as well (sub-5). So, younger women have turned & run from me. Lol.

If you really are over 40 why would you want to "date" women? Literally unlimited singles available for casual hook ups. All ages and types really no need to limit yourself to particular age group.

Personally, over time I've come to the conclusion that the nearer you are in age, the higher the probability of the relationship working out. Sad but true. Of course there are good relationships with big age gaps but if you want better odds I'd try to get as near to your own age as possible.

I am 47.

I went on a speed dating event for singles between 35 and 45 (I lied I was 4 cause there was no over 45 group). I almost cried. I talked with 12 women and oh my God, my ppl are done! Eexcept one, they looked really old, out of shape, not attracted to any of them at all.

I am the definition of "black don't crack". I can easily pass for 30 to 35 on a good day. When I was 45, I dated a 42 year old woman, and some people thought she was my sugar mommy.

On the other hand, though I am physically attracted to younger women, I don't think I can handle them emotionally anymore. Last such experience is a 23 year old about 6 years ago, ...very bad experience...

Ideally, I would like to find someone 30 to 35, as I want to have kids before i turn 50. But the 30 to 35 year olds that are well educated, in good health/shape, and that I am both physically and emotionally attracted are mostly taken.

I am to blame because in my 30s, there were at least 4 girl friends that I could have married and have kids with, but I was afraid of that level of commitment.

Everyone here is making broad generalizations about age. There are 30 year olds that also look terrible if they do drugs, drink, etc.

At least you know you messed up in your 30s. Better than most people. BTW, your sperm at your age might be problematic as well.
