Basically in that reel, a guy is ranting, explaining why he thinks there is a beef between AS and the Young twins (YT). He says AS shared the phone number of YT online, resulting in their phone calls blowing up. He says consequently, YT told AS that he would be off the team after NXN.
aaand Aaron has more or less confirmed that he's telling the truth by reposting that video onto his story.
I don’t see that. I see AS posted a reel three weeks ago in which he announces his commit to NAU; under he posted, “Thank you @lex_young_ for the amazing footage and editing.”
I feel bad replying to this, because these 17-year-olds are under enough scrutiny without the yahoos on this board salivating over whatever interpersonal drama they're dealing with.
However, I do want to say that this Wesfly story doesn't make sense. Whatever prior hard feelings the Wesfly guy glosses over here before the "prank" is probably the actual issue at hand. It's likely that the "prank" was just the most recent annoyance, but that whatever caused the initial rift between AS and L&L was the more serious/hurtful offense. Also, two high schoolers can't kick another kid off the team! That's the coach's right to do or not do, and would likely have to be tied to some breach in a student-athlete code of conduct that the kids sign at the start of the season. Anyone who has actually coached a school team would realize that the idea of two seniors being able to just decide to "vote" another senior off a team over a "prank" without coach/school administrator input isn't a full or accurate story.
In any case, I hope these three are getting some good mental, physical, and emotional rest after this cross country season. Hopefully they're getting guidance from more mature and caring people than those in the Instagram comments from this weekend.

The reason I entered the thread was to try clear the air and end made-up drama. If it is clearly demonstrated to be made-up drama, then maybe their will be less made-up drama threads that don’t keep disappearing. Also, if it is demonstrated to be made-up online drama, then the parties responsible could be subject to online harassment/bullying charges.
High school kids, especially people who have been friends since 8-9 years old will eventually annoy each other, I'm sure it happened to you all at one point. It sure as hell happens in HS sports too, a prank leads to some guys getting mad at the others, they would've fought and eventually made up, I know I have. But thing is, this happened at NXN and not the Ohio state meet or something, with a national spotlight on them, so a bunch of HS drama is being blow up all over the internet all for some sense of hype

Colin and Nico are still in good terms with everyone so no need to stress about that. Colin liked a post saying « one race doesn’t define a career, you have to stop the hate » or something like that, and Nico reposted Aaron on his story, congratulating him, and liked all his posts.

No, that’s just the guy ranting. It is not confirmation of his ranting story from either AS or the YT.
But just look at Aaron’s story, he clé early reposted the reel of Wesly telling that story, and both Colin and Aaron liked Wesfly’s reel. Learn to use instagram.
