what's the standard conversion factor for 8k xc to 5k on the track? I'm not the best XC runner since I run best when I can get into a rhythm and the turns/hills interfere with that, but I ran 25:53 on a course slightly more difficult than Notre Dame's 5 mile course.
Wondering since I want to know what my endurance should be at to know a good pace for a 1500m
