Done on track or flat road. You start at your slowest jog, then cut down as incrementally as possible (1-2% is the cue) every 30 sec, ending when you are running the fastest speed you can hold for your last 30 sec rep. Minimum is 15 30-sec reps. Challenge is to run as many as you can after that.
Thoughts on this workout? How would you periodize it for hs track runners? I have group I want to break 4:30 in the 16.
I like the workout. I just don’t know when I would sequence it.
