On what planet would you be limited to only three?
That's like asking, if you only had one leg with three feet, how fast could you run?

The planet where you don't an hour to work out?
basket hangs
Bulgarian split squats
hex bar deadlift
If it’s gym only, I’d say leg presses, pull ups and captains chairs.
Luckily, many exercises that benefit runners can be done at home with little to no equipment.
Power clean and jerk, or just power cleans if you're not tough enough to go overhead
Backsquat
Barbell bulgarian split squat
Hexbar deadlift
Powercleans
Kettle bell carries (both arms)

back squat/ front squat
rdl/ single leg deadlift / Bulgarian split squat
Dumbbell chest press/ overhead press
Bent over row/ pull ups/ isometric row on Nordic curl machine
planks (cut if lack of time)
