she will for sure! she loves her team and her school and knows that its the best environment for her to develop, best teammates, best running trails, best coach too!

She is wearing a cowboy hat. That reveals that she plans on transferring to the Oklahoma State Cowboys soon! She will lead them to a national championship!

she has been doing weight training for 5 years or so

shes not a normal distance runner like you, and she has phenomenal work ethic and discipline since she was a child (i envy her) not all are so driven at such a young age

her drive and strength was in full display yesterday

She has come a long way in tactics, shes fast and learns fast too

Tuohy, Roe and Cook will go 1,2,3 next year in Charlottesville for the Cowboys!

I believe the whole NC St squad got the red (not orange) cowboy hats before leaving Raleigh for the race. Nice try though.

katelyn owns the panorama farms course record, its hilly and the footing is a real cross country course, literally a raw uneven mountain

katelyn ran a tempo this year at nuttycombe and it was the 7th fastest time, after this season, allie's 19:19 course record will be an easy one go get, specially when you have parker valby doing the pacing work

if theres someone who could pull off a 3-peat, well its her coz she won as a sophomore!
