Told*
He sits on Nico and Hicks until the last straightaway then kills them

He would torture them and I'm not even a Jakob fan
He smoked all the pros at 10k in the EU cross... of course

Dumb question
How about he did a hill work out in flagstaff on Friday and had to fly in that night. Will u respond then?
Jakob would’ve won nationals by 45 seconds with a lactate test of 2.7 mmol 5 seconds after the finish. Then he would’ve done PM 25 x 400 in 65 on the grass for a chill Double Low T Day
He could've jogged and won by 30 seconds.

People like you and the clown who said Jakob could jog and win easily have no clue at all. Jakob could have probably won by 20-40 seconds but he would have been working extremely hard. Like almost as hard as he can go.

How about if someone beat his legs unmercifully with a belt for 30 minutes prior to the race and he had to wear 1980's Converse high tops that are a size too small. Also, he has to scream, "HEE HAW" at least every 10 seconds or he's disqualified. Would he win then?
Excellent point. I think after 25 min of hee haw, he’d start to feel it.
It is true that Jakob would have to work hard to win. Hicks ran great. Give me Nico by a hair, Jakob closing hard and Hicks distant third.
“Would peak NFL Tom Brady win the Heisman?”
“Would 90s Jordan win college player of the year?” Lol
how many consecutive times could Jakob complete the 10k course w/ a 5 minute recovery while surpassing the winning time in each? I'm going to say 3 to 4.

He actually was in this race and got 60th. How would he have done if he actually devoted all of his time to only homework and running this fall, and just running in the summer?
He is listed as a senior so he has no more eligibility sadly :(
What exactly was he thinking when during his LAST year of eligibility he wasn’t fully focusing on running and schoolwork?

Of course Jacob would win, but Jacob would get smoked by guys like Kiplimo and about a dozen other Africans who excel at cross country.
Would Kershaw record a no-hitter at the little league world series?
If Jakob would lose to Hicks, then Hicks really should have stepped up to the senior race at Euro xc last year instead of proving how close winning Euro U23 xc is to winning NCAA xc.
