You do 2,000 x 400 m interval session with walking rest to 120 bpm i promise you success like my previous coached runners .

You overlook the value of getting to spend at least an hour with one of the most magnetic personalities in the sport. You get the chance to have the company of a man Outside Magazine once described as "disorganized" and "mumble-mouthed" and you want to overlook that. I would personally love the opportunity to ask how a middle-aged man who travels as much as he does had no plan to get to his destination other than to crowdsource a ride last minute.
